We want to cover that white dot on his pants, just use Simple 147, make smallest size, color it black and cover the dot obviously.
Now all we have left is the designs on his clothes. He has a few so you can do whatever you want, but it's very limited with only 35 layers. Here's what I did.
For his Pants, I have "ROAD" going down his right leg, "DOGG" going down his left.

Alphabet 1 0f 16, leave same way, make 2nd up from smallest size. Place the "R" on his right leg at the top, right below his pants line, around there.
Place the "D" on the other side, same place, try and judge it evenly.

You're going to do the same exact thing with "OGG" on his other leg. I don't know if you can see too well in the pictures.
