Ok now for the hard part. This is real tricky and took me the longest to get right. You are going to have to play around here
to get the words just right. We're gonna write the words 'HULK RULES' on his tank top. HULK on top and RULES below.
First, press select and get to the Entrance Attire that shows him with the tank top on. Now do the following:

DESIGN/LETTER/BODY/ALPHABET 1 of 16 'H'

Reduce 3 Times and Place all the way on the Left of his Chest right under where the tank top's V ends

Repeat for the Letters 'U' 'L' 'K' Across the Chest Spelling out 'HULK'

Right under HULK Repeat the same Process with the letters 'R' 'U' 'L' 'E' 'S'

This should spell out 'RULES' reading from left to right across his abdomen.

Try to balance it right so it looks good.

Now if you want to make him like the WWE, as in HULK 'STILL' RULES (which I currently have), you'll have to make another
layer for the word 'STILL' and place it in the center overlapping 'HULK' and 'RULES'.
